So I’m on the market for some headers and I saw some speed engineering header I don’t if those are the best bang for your buck or should I just up my money and get kooks headers?

FYI: This subject has numerous post on this same subject. It all comes down to budget, and remember the old saying: You Get What you pay for. Cheap can also cheap quality, expensive doesn't always mean the best.
I just put LTH 1-7/8" long tube headers with high flow cats, only because I knew I was going to supercharge. When you read other post you will see what others say about the pros and cons of different headers. Good Luck.
