Alright guys the verdict is out. The Ford Performance M5300W spring, which is “only for the gt350” per Ford performance… they fit just fine and they should fit fine on any magneride set up.
(the last picture on the bottom with the basketball hoop behind is a before picture. You can definitely tell the difference but it looks and drives excellent! Actually, it drives much better than it did for the past 2000 miles driving around with the transport blocks that the dealership forgot to remove! shout out ford Kendall

Like what warranty issues? Ford can only deny a warranty repair if it's determined the aftermarket part caused the failure.

There isn't much difference in ride hight between non HP and HP springs on the M1. If you want close to an inch drop go with the Steeda Sport or Dual Rate springs.
Take a look at the Roush lowering springs, 30mm lower on all 4,s and a Roush magnride calibration can be installed aswell,

Look great! What did it cost OTD?
$450 for install + retail price from Ford Accessories site. I was able to redeem the points from my FordPass from when I bought the car. So springs came out to under $200 for me.

I think I'm going to pull the trigger. Going to get a few supporting mods first, however. Appreciate your post!

Good luck! I am loving it, gives it a more aggressive, yet OEM look. Still rides relatively comfortable

How much did those springs actually lower the car? Ford says 7/8 of an inch, but I highly doubt its that much on a Mach 1.

...also your spring block is still on place.

Hey, man, I was kicking myself for not measuring the car before. I posted the last picture as a “before” shot but it’s hard to tell. I would say it lowered around half an inch minimum if not a bit more.

* also, the car seemed to drop a bit more in the front, found that interesting but car stands perfect now

Also, yeah, the shop took that picture for me when I swapped the springs out. 2000 miles thinking damn this ride is stiff

Take a measurement from the ground to top of the fender lip on a flat surface when you get a chance.

Stock non-HP M1s Are around 28.15" front and 28.87" rear.

Wow. So that was close to a full inch up front, and maybe .75" in the rear.

My Steedas dropped the front about .7" and rear about .5". Very interesting. Thanks for Sharing. 👍🏻

Yeah, I had to do the math a few times, but almost an inch upfront! Very interesting as I was expecting less.
Can you confirm your measurements are accurate?
I don’t think it makes a difference, but I have about 33 psi in the car lol

Taking in to account the diameter difference of the HP wheels and tires, and comparing to a stock non-HP ride hight, it comes out to right around .7" drop up front (for just the springs) and .5" for the rear. This tracks with what others have reported for the Steeda Sport springs on the M1 as well.

This is my total ride hight. I'm at 33 psi also. Keep in mi d Camber is a variable in ride hight too.

Amazing to have this clarified! We should sell this information to Ford lol
so that’s where they get that number from…

planning on adding the SVE MHP1 (replica) wheels with 325/30 & 285/35 (19”) soon so will see where we’re sitting then.👍

Just keep in mind the HP wheels and tires have a smaller diameter and will drop the car even more. I don't get any fender rub on mine, but I can occasionally scrape the underside of the car on tall speed bumps and driveways if I'm not careful.
