These Cobra Jets are gonna be the cars of the future commanding TOP DOLLAR...

When I hit the PB Wed. night, I'm definitely picking one up. :)

Yes and no

Yes they'll command higher prices...but not "top dollar" since the market for non-street legal, unable to register and race fuel fed drag cars are kind of limited.

My guess is they'll fetch about..$60,000-$75,000 in a few years.

Correct - and since they debuted in 2008, their values have not deprecated at all.

Granted they are "race only" - they are produced in extremely limited numbers, which limits who has and can afford them. Those who do have them will hold onto them and if listed for sale - these cars will change hands in Collector Car circles more so than the common public.

They are very cool cars and it's really neat that Ford is offering factory drag cars again.

(On a side note: even though these cannot be titled for street use - if one had the cash to buy one - and then buy a GT is same year - gut GT and swap the CJ drivetrain and suspension components on - instant street car.)

Get a used mustang same years than swap vehicle VIN number LOL
