No one change effectively fixes that rear end. Every change you do makes it a little better. The easiest is the brace whether it BMR or Steda. Biggest improvement is the lower control arm bushing.
Next is the toe link bushings then the toe links. Then the upper control arms, vertical...
It's funny I can hear it on the right but not the left. I have found in the past that where you think a sound is coming from is actually from somewhere else.
The L and R on the rear springs indicates which way the spring is wound not the side it goes on. Match it up with the existing spring on each side.
The easiest way to get the spring out is to lower the cradle. I have long studs instead of bolts. Put you can use a jack on one side and remove the...
My solution was to just not have it done. I put tape over the obd2 port with NO! written on it. I have enough sense to know when brake fluid is leaking and I can eyeball the reservoir whenever I check the oil.
I noticed an intermittent dull thud last year on the right of mine after installing the BMR solid rear upper control arms, Steeda magnaride sport lower springs, BMR cradle lockout. The prior year I installed BMR toe links, toe link bearing, and BMR spherical bushings (the big ones). Everything...
I just did it. I had to remove the calipers only. Didn't have to remove the rotor or bracket. You have to tip the shock outward and reward. Around the 7 o'clock to 8 o'clock position. It's a diabolical opening in that control arm. Some mad man spent hours designing that hole.
Me too. I've tried several times. The only time they came out was when I had the hubs removed and the axles out and then when > dropped the cradle out.
