  1. Drag radial suggestions.

I wound up with Mickey street r’s and with just under 500 hp it pretty much sticks through all the gears. Night and day difference
  2. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Yeah luckily the guy added to the offset and it fit perfectly. Slightly aggressive looking but not obnoxious. Thanks for all the advice.
  3. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Yes Sir. For the second time in my life things went my way, lol. Thanks again.
  4. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Went to the wheel place today, wound up with the rear offset at 37 and the fronts at 32. The fronts are tucked in just past the fender with plenty of room. Rears are about 1/8 of an inch past the fender and looks great. Plenty of room between the fenders and tires. Thanks everyone for your input.
  5. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Thanks for the Info. Fingers crossed. I’m guessing you have zero issues with the tires rubbing or when you hit any bumps? It’s not my daily and sits in the garage most of the time but I’d rather not cause any damage if I hit a decent bump. Thanks again
  6. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Fingers crossed. Fronts won’t be the issue but the rears I’ll find out tmrw.
  7. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

How’s it going. I’m going tmrw to have them install the rims. If it doesn’t fit properly they still have 5-7mm they can take off the rears and 10-12 on the Fronts. I’m not too concerned with the fronts bc it’s an entire inch smaller and the tires are 1.4 inches narrower plus the amount they...
  8. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

How’s it going. Yes I meant offset. The fronts are 9 inch rims with a 25 offset with 255/40/19’s. I’m thinking when the suspension drops they will tuck in decently. But the back to me looks wayyyy off. 10 inch rim 285/35/19 tire 30 offset. I’m going back tmrw to talk to the guy he can get 5mm...
  9. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Are you lowered? Do you remember your offsets? I’m only running a 285/35/19 so it’s the perfect size for the 10 inch tire. I’m aware they stick out a little when the suspension isn’t compressed but the rears look wayyyyyy off to me on mine. I guess I’ll find out.
  10. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

How’s it going. I told the guy it was lowered 1 inch. I wanted the fronts to be about 1/4 further out than they sit now and the rears to sit just about flush with the fenders to give it a little bit more of an aggressive look. He put the tire sizes in and came up with 25 for the front and 30...
  11. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Appreciate the input. So far the guy at the shop has been decent. I sent him the same pics and explained to him that the car was indeed jacked up however the rear wheel seemed wayyy too far out even for the suspension being alleviated of the wheel. I sent photos to the guy and he said ok bring...
  12. Fit to be tied with backspacing.

Went to a custom rim place. Got a staggered setup 19x9 and 19x10. 255/40/19 in the front 285/35/19 in the rear. Told the guy the wheels I wanted and the slightly more aggressive stance I wanted with the rear wheel. Gave all my info about the car, tires I’d be using and that it was lowered an...

    It was worth a shot
  14. Drag radial suggestions.

Heck you think I could get away with a really good summer tire at 275/40/19?
  15. Drag radial suggestions.

Racing not so much as getting going if I hit the gas and spin the tires like I’m doing now. Yes I do realize they need to be heated if I’m going to truly race from a dig but I just want more grip off the line on the street than what I’m getting now.
  16. Drag radial suggestions.

Any advantages disadvantages to either? Thanks for the advice
  17. Drag radial suggestions.

I’ve got a FBO 18Gt, lowered 1 inch, stop the hop kit, drag springs and vertical links. Car makes 498 to the wheels. I’m getting a staggered setup of 8 1/2 and 10. Fronts I’m going to run Nitto 555’s 255/40/19. Rears I’m going to most likely run 285/35/19’s. What drag radial for the street...
