Good morning yall. Need some help with very "harsh shift" on my procharged 16 GT.
Here is the mod list.
procharger P-1SC-1
boost level 10psi
STG2 Air-to-Air intercooler
MAF in intercooler
DW95 injectors
JMS PowerMAX Fuel Pump Booster System
it is making a very harsh shift on sport mode, gear...
If we do not need a new calibration for adding a LTH, I can put the stock headers back on???
Also, on a stock tune we cannot run LTH. Does Roush tune makes a difference that we can run LTH?
Recently got my car re-calibrated as I got new wheels and tires... now it's shifting higher than usual and being Jerky. Also rpm hangs on redline (WOT).

Once you put the Roush supercharger, your ford powertrain warranty is gone. Roush limited warranty will replace your factory warranty. As far as warranty start period, it starts same as factory warranty. if you install the kit 1 year later with 10000 miles, you have 2yr/26000 remaining warranty.
No codes, no rough idle. I thought it was some sort of vacuum leak and based on the gauge it was showing 19 inhg at idle, 8~12 at partial load, 0-3 at WOT, 21 when let off.
Can anyone help me with what this is?
Driver side making air leaking noise and wondering if this is a vacuum leak.

@hossman How much of a change is from 255/40/19 to 285/30/19 and 325/30/19?
Going to change my wheels tomorrow but my dealer will not open tomorrow so I will need to drive the car without recalibration for about couple weeks. Lot to be concerned?
I think it sounds more like a wind noise from the video, but that's the actual sound I hear in the cabin( The noise coming from the motor) can you hear that?
