I have a client with a 2017 R in Grabber Blue, No Stripes, electronics package, 500 miles, for $77k - car is located in Tampa, FL.
PM me for his contact info if you are serious.
yeah that's a good point; insurance companies will typically give you market value for your car - most insurers you can show current listings of prices & sales if it's a limited or specialty car vs. just going off of blue book value. Would hate to be a Z/28 owner in that case, who may have paid...
Nice! Just double check those AN fittings, and then triple check.
Know a GT350 owner who did the exact same thing thinking he fixed the weak factory oil lines, and had the fittings COMPLETELY back off the threads and lost a bunch of oil. The race shop that has built World Challenge and IMSA...
Or, ya know, someone paid a $50k ADM over with Mustang Manny, then found out they were making them for another year or two, behind on payments, etc.... (that's the former insurance fraud investigator in me looking at this).
Or, pulled over on top of some brush to take a cool picture with that...
Got word of a 2017 R allocation that has become available in Atlanta at Five Star Ford of Stone Mountain: (678) 929-5848, ask for Drew.
Asking 20k ADM on the car (don't shoot the messenger or turn this into an ADM thread). Currently configured as Race Red, Black Roof, R-electronics package...
2017 R allocation in ATL, GA
Got word of a 2017 R allocation that has become available in Atlanta at Five Star Ford of Stone Mountain: (678) 929-5848, ask for Drew.
I was told they are asking a 20k ADM on the car (don't shoot the messenger or turn this into an ADM thread). Currently...
Doubt you'll find anyone that will be selling theirs for a normal 2018 GT, but what you will find is people considering the normal GT with these options over the GT350 when shopping.
IF you can get one with the magnetic shocks, brembos, recaros and some coolers, you'll find a lot of the track...
We (Chin Motorsports), have a track event this weekend at Road ATL - two GT350's will be there; a Track Pack and an R.
Also in December, 10-11, an event at MSR Houston and an event at Sebring, where we have a Saturday NIGHT session.
Our 2017 calendar will be released on Monday...
One could argue that the GS is the actual track version of the Z06!
I manage track events around the country for a living, and can't tell you how often we see the C7 Z06's having overheating issues and going into limp mode, especially in the summer at our southern events. They are incredibly...
It's really all about what you are looking for. Want something that will we an absolute track monster, probably biggest bang for buck track performance? Get the Grand Sport. It's what GM should have done with the Z06 all along, keep the FI out of a track car!
Personally, I find the GT350 to...
I'm one of the managers of Chin Motorsports, we're the largest single operation in the U.S. (not franchised, same mgmt team across the county) and have many events throughout the Southeast at tracks such as Road Atlanta, Barber, NCM Motorsports Park, VIR...
You may find "cheaper" track days...
That's Nick, one of our drivers. Did some coaching with him in that car @ VIR two months ago; it's a beast. Running Hoosier R7's (+1 size up front), camber plates and some safety equipment. He was at WGI and then Mid-Ohio with us as well.
