Menzerna Power Lock is a good sealant. Like collonite 845, it gives a nice shine and protection.

303 protectant gets my vote also since it offers UV protection. Turtlewax Ice Spray wax works great also and won't leave white marks.

For a "vinyl look" finish, I recommend autodip however this product is like plastidip which is not permanent.

They can provide good grip on wet and dry roads, though expect their snow traction to be not so good compared to true winter tires.
