I don't know if the app is actual BS. About 3 months ago I connected the app and ran a diagnostic and got a critical message concerning critical low oil levels. The car had 1500 miles so low and behold I was actually at critical levels. So it does work.......when it wants to. :lol:

So imagine for all of us installing this unauthorized copy and then Ford does an OTA update and it bricks your unit a la Apple or Nintendo? Lol. Although I highly doubt the engineers at ford can do such thing. It seems they hire only incompetent people at Ford.

Someone tried the two port on a mustang in a video a saw. If you install the two port, it will work presumably, but you will lose the front port function ability by the dash. Don't quote me on the "it will work" :lol: I think the dealer I ordered from (Walt Ford) said they have a rush order...

Supposedly dealerships are training for the update to be released on March 1. Read it from another forum.

So everyone is out of stock of the USB part it seems. Some say its not even available for purchase anymore. Any leads?

What would happen to my extended 8y/100k if I install the power pack? I know the PW overrides the existing warranty but that's for the 3y/36k. How about for the extended. It's just confusing tbh.

By the way. There's companies that pay you hundreds of dollars to put their ad in your car. Some even let you drive for free if you put a big enough decal.

Unless they pay me or sponsor me, why advertise for free? I never understood people who do this for free. Even when the car dealer put their license plate holder I remove it immediately.

Not to defend the Carbon Dynamics guys but they made good to a lot of customers with damaged spoilers, I think it was from shipping damage. That says a lot (good) about them. Specially if they are new to the game. Some businesses advertising in this forum don't even do that for a single rusty...
