Were any of those metal fitting missing o-rings? We did an install in our shop recently and some of the metal fittings had the o-rings in the bag and others were missing them. No big deal for us since we have things like that readily available to us. If any of those fittings were installed...
Made 650whp so far at about 12 PSI peak and only 12 degrees of spark.
Suppose to turn it up a bit to maybe 700whp.
I will post up the graph as soon as possible.

Completely understand. Are you sure that he car doesn't already have some sort of flash on it already?
If I found a car hat already had those modifications to it I would be suspicious that is was tuned or once had a tune in it and was returned to stock before it was sold.
There is usually a programmed delay as the car enters coasting fuel shutoff and begins to decelerate. This is done to make the transition less noticeable to the driver and or to smooth the the transfer from quick on/off throttle conditions. There is also usually a torque ramp out rate to control...
We did not find this to be true at all. They provide the same torque with our calibration and the GT350 adds a small amount of power up top. I have seen those "tests" and something else was going on there...
Yes price is one thing but if that's the case stick with the stock TB. Tuning that...
As far as I know we are one of the only ones willing to work with the GT350 TB. We can tune if for the GT350 air kit, stock size air kit and JLT at this time.
Our package is a good value and comes with everything you need:

No problem
For best results we like to stick with our complete package however we are able to make exceptions and tune different combinations such as a stock throttle body and JLT.
Just shoot me a PM when you are ready and I will put something together for you.
Using the stock TB only looses about 5whp from what we saw the dyno with a little less throttle response as well.
The JLT can be used and works just as well as the GT350 intake but the GT350 CAI fits and looks OEM and also works best with our kit for a clean install.
Your car will pick...

Tunes can absolutely change the characteristic of how the car sounds. Sounds like pops and crackles have to do with when the fuel is reintroduced during an in gear deceleration. No fuel no sound. Bring the fuel back in at stoichiometric with the right timing and you will get that popping and...
